An Afternoon of Wellness
Yoga, Journaling, and Meditative Drawing

Treat yourself to an afternoon of wellness, where we will express and experience gratitude through yoga, journaling and meditative drawing. We begin the afternoon with a gentle yoga practice in the Trinity Sanctuary (or outdoors, weather permitting), followed by a guided journaling practice. After a brief intermission and light refreshments, we will be led in a mandala-creating session, using Zentangle, a meditative drawing technique. We end our time together with a reflective yoga practice. Space is limited for this event, reserve your space now.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal and something to write with. Mandala art supplies will be provided. Plan to arrive by 1:45pm to settle into your yoga mat. We will begin promptly at 2pm.
