Worship Ministries

There are several volunteer opportunities related to worship at Trinity.  If you are interested in volunteering for any of the worship roles below, please be in touch with the contact names below, or the Trinity main office.

Acolytes

Acolytes carry the cross and torches during the worship services.  Acolyte volunteers may be as young as 5th grade.

Verger

Head Verger Rich Englebach organizes part of the lay worship team and assist the Rector with organizing the liturgy. He is often assisted by a Jr. Verger.

Chalice Bearers

Chalice Bearers serve the wine during communion.

Altar Guild

The Altar Guid Team takes care of the altar, vestments, vessels and altar linens, and decorate the church for special services.  
​Co-Chairs: AnnMarie Stanton and Kristin Cardi.

Intercessors & Readers

Intercessors lead the Prayers of the People during the worship services.  Readers read the appointed Scripture passages during worship services.

Ushers

Ushers greet visitors at the start of each worship service, and present the bread, wine, offerings and donations to the altar.

Counters

The Counter Team tallies and deposits the weekly offerings.

Flower Delivery Team

After worship services are finished, the Flower Delivery Team brings flowers to parishioners at their homes.  Contact:  Joe German

Lay Eucharistic Visitors

For those are unable to receive communion on campus, the Lay Eucharistic Visitors bring communion to congregants in their homes.
