Celebrate the season of Epiphany with yoga and vision boards! Start with a gentle 45 minute yoga session and then enjoy a session of envisioning your hopes and intentions for 2023 with an individually created vision board.
This event is open to all and free of charge.  Donations gladly accepted.

    RSVP to Envision 2023: 
What is a vision board?  It is a  collage of images and words representing your wishes, goals and intentions, intended to serve as inspiration or motivation. No prior experience or artistic talent required, this is something all of us can do!  Card stock for the boards and glue sticks provided.  Light refreshments will be served. 
What to bring:
  • Yoga mat and any props you use
  • Old magazines, lifestyle, health, nature and parenting magazines work well
  • Optional: Stickers, yarn, cloth, photos, cards, items you wish to use to personalize your board
  • Pair of scissors
