January 2020:  Trinity's first annual Chili Cook-Off

Our four chili cook-off taste testing judges had their work cut out for them, deciding among 12 chili recipes which was the best!  In the end, Kristin Cardi's Bison Chili won due to "a hint of cinnamon, unique meat choice and overall wonderful texture." Thank you to Gale Donoghue and John McCurry for organizing what will certainly become an annual Trinity tradition to start off the New Year!
