​Join us for a special evening celebrating 125 years of Trinity Church, Swarthmore. With light fare,  wine,  dancing to live music provided by the Jeff Knoettner band, the gala promises to be a "heavenly night" benefitting Trinity House - Children & Youth ministries.   Come enjoy the celebration, silent auction, raffle baskets, plus a surprise or two!  Complimentary childcare provided.

GALA ATTENDEES AND SPONSORSHIPS

Individual Gala Admission:

  •  $125 per person, includes light fare with dessert, beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, silent auction, raffle baskets, live music, and dancing.  Child care will be provided free of charge at Trinity Church.

Sponsorship Levels:

All sponsorship levels include reserved seating and special program recognition.  
  • $500 includes gala admission for one
  • $,1000 includes gala admission for two
  • $2,500 includes gala admission for six
  • $5,000 includes gala admission for 10 at a premium reserved table
  • ​$10,000 includes gala admission for 20 at two premium reserved tables 

Payment Options:

  • Pay by check (preferred): Please send your check payable to Trinity Church, Swarthmore, with "125 gala" on the memo line, to our church address. Include with your check a separate note with the name of each person in your party.
  • Pay by credit card: please use the on-line payment option.
