Advent and Lent Yoga- During these special holy times, Sanctuary Yoga offers a special weekly yoga practice, a time to slow down and intentionally pause in community. Together we practice yoga as bodily prayer, connecting body, mind and spirit through scriptural reflections and meditations. Please check the weekly bulletin for details.
Sanctuary Yoga takes place within the heated Trinity sanctuary space, offering a sacred environment in which to practice. Please bring your own mat, props are provided. All classes are donation-based, 100% of which go to support Trinity's Adult Spiritual Wellness and Formation ministries.
