Mindful Hatha Flow - Monday, 10am
A 60 minute class supporting healthy alignment with a gentle flow through yoga poses, matching breath to movement. Modifications offered to suit your practice.
Advent and Lent Yoga- Wednesday evenings
During these special holy times, Sanctuary Yoga offers a time to slow down and intentionally pause in community. Together we practice yoga as bodily prayer, connecting body, mind and spirit through scriptural reflections and meditations. Please check the weekly bulletin for details.
Sanctuary Yoga takes place within the heated Trinity sanctuary space, offering a sacred environment in which to practice. Please bring your own mat, props are provided. All classes are donation-based, 100% of which go to support Trinity ministries. Mary Thompson, RYT-200, volunteers as the Sanctuary Yoga instructor in the spirit of creating compassionate community.
